Michele Jackman has spoken at hundreds of conferences, training meetings, and has been in a repeat Keynote, Endnote speakers for a number of Fortune 500 corporations. She always integrates her presentations with the conference themes.

In addition to designing interactive conference presentations and motivational keynotes, she also provides facilitation for senior management retreats, consults on team design, and provides team "tune-ups" for every type of organization. Recently, Mrs. Jackman has been in high demand with service organizations trying to "refocus themselves," retain good people, redesign their products and services, and redesign their "cultures". Her markets include Government, Hospitality, Biotechnology, and Engineering companies.

PUBLICATIONS

She was also the co-author of Star Teams, Key Players published in l991, which was a Fortune Book Club, and Book of the Month Club selection. She has authored a number of taped presentations from conferences, published training materials from courses developed, taught for universities and been published in the International Journal of Electrical Engineering. Has published several articles, produced a tape series on Teaming Processes and is currently publishing Power Point and CD ROM computer based management courses. On the lighter side, Mrs. Jackman is also known internationally for her "Workplace Humor Policies" which have been published widely, including in the New York Times.

TEACHING

Currently Mrs. Jackman teaches various Business, Engineering Management, and Personal Development courses for UC Certificate programs for UCSC &UCD.. She taught Organizational Psychology at UCSB for three years on campus and was nominated for instructor the year in l984. In 1992, she was selected "Business Personality of the Year" by the Business Journal acknowledging her contribution to management education and business development. She has been teaching for over 30 years with excellent reviews in all programs.
